(1) The authority granting permission to establish a health institution in accordance with the prevailing law shall grant permission only if appropriate arrangements have been made for the establishment and operation of such a health institution after ascertaining whether or not appropriate arrangements have been made for waste management.
(2) When granting permission according to sub-section (1), the health institution may specify special conditions to be followed or standards to be maintained in relation to waste management.
